Snow and inclement weather are a part of life in a mountain town! In the event of a school closure, every effort will be made to inform students, families, and staff as early as possible.

 

Automated Call/Text

Automated call and/or text message from the district to all registered parents/guardians will go out by 6:00 am. You will receive this notification even if you have opted out of other messaging from the district.

District Website

All delayed start/school closures will be listed on the homepages of the district and schools by 6:00 am.

Local TV

Channel 4, channel 7, and channel 9 will display information on a loop.

This phone line will be updated by 6:00 am in the event of a cancellation or late start. There will be NO message if school is operating on the normal schedule.
