Estes Park School District Advances Facilities Master Planning Process
The District is making strong progress in developing its Facilities Master Plan: an important initiative that will guide how we improve and invest in school buildings, classrooms, and learning spaces for years to come.
On September 24, 2025, the District formally launched the Facilities Master Planning process through a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P). The process is being coordinated with the District’s Owner’s Representative, Dynamic Program Management. Since its release, the District has received over 20 applications of interest from qualified firms. This demonstrates a strong engagement and enthusiasm for partnering in this important work.

Community Alignment
The work of the District’s Long Range Planning Committee continues to play a critical role in guiding this process. The committee’s earlier efforts have established a strong foundation, and their documents and insights will directly inform the scope and direction of the Facilities Master Plan.
