Charge 1: Advise the district on the three strands of the strategic plan: 1) Academic Achievement and Growth 2) Real World Learning 3) Wellness
Progress monitor Strategic Plan metrics, aligned to UIP areas of focus, and make recommendations based on data analysis
Charge 2: Budget, Spending Priorities
Review and recommend priorities for spending school district funds
Charge 3: Monitor ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) activities
Review federal fund activities
