To get started, please fill out the pre-registration form to provide basic information about your family and the student(s) you are enrolling. Once this information has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with information to set up a parent portal account in our student information system.

Required Documentation for Enrollment: 

• Birth certificate (for identification purposes) or other acceptable documentation (adoption certificate, hospital certificate, baptismal certificate or passport)
• Current immunization record
• Current report card if available (to help with scheduling, especially high school students)
• If applicable, current IEP, 504, Gifted-Talented identification letter, custody documentation
