Online Registration for New Students

  • Welcome to our district!  To get started, you will need to fill out our registration forms.  Click HERE for access.

    Read the next section to learn about the information you will need in order to fill out the forms.  When you are finished, you will see details about other information that you will need to complete your registration, including: Birth certificate (for identification purposes) or other acceptable documentation (adoption certificate, hospital certificate, baptismal certificate or passport); current immunization record; current report card if available (to help with scheduling, especially high school students); and if applicable, current IEP, 504, Gifted-Talented identification letter, custody documentation.

Online Registration for Returning Students

  • We are excited to announce online updates of student/family information for the upcoming school year! This process replaces the paper forms filled out at the beginning of each school year.

    Because we are moving to the PowerSchool Student Information System, we will be asking you to enter all new information for your family so that we have the most accurate information for each person in our system.  This will help us get the communication you need to you in the most efficient manner possible.

    How do I get started?
    Gather information that you will need to complete the forms.  

    • Emergency contacts
      • You will be asked to choose 2 emergency contacts for your child.  Please consider adding individuals that you would not only trust to pick up your child from school in the event of an emergency, but people that would be capable of doing so.  You will be asked to provide phone numbers and email addresses for each of your contacts.
      • Please discuss with your contacts and your child who the emergency contacts are.
    • Health information
      • For each student, you will need to list allergies, medications, additional medical information
    • Transportation
      • If your child will use school transportation after we return to in-person learning, you will be asked to provide route information.
      • If your child has a variety of transportation methods, you will be able to detail those in the form.

    When you’re ready, click HERE.

    Then, enter your student’s code, which can be found in the letter you received.  The code is like a key to your child’s information. You should receive a unique code or code link for each child. 

    Should I create an account?
    If you’ve never completed an online enrollment form, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.  Once you have created an account, you can sign in and complete form for each of your children. You will use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.

    Please note: This login is ONLY for beginning-of-year information update purposes.  You will receive separate information about accessing student grades, attendance, and more though the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

    Do I have to answer all the questions?
    Some questions are marked "Required" and must be answered before you can submit your form.  Other questions are optional.

    What if I make a mistake?
    If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or click “Prev” to return to a previous page.  If you have already submitted the form, please contact pamela_robertson@estesschools.org to make a change.

    I’ve completed the form.  Now what?
    When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

    What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?      
    Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one form and then start another – this will allow the form to auto-fill shared family information, which will save you time. 

    I don’t know what a question is asking.
