Program Description: Annually, the Estes Park School District R-3 uses RANDA, an online Colorado State Model Evaluation System, to measure educator effectiveness.  This evaluation system is used to train relevant personnel, including designees as needed, to evaluate principals, teachers and special service providers utilitizing the Colorado Model Educator Evaluation process, tools and recources. This includes an overview of requirements for each type of personnel, the logistics and process of actual scoring each rubric for preofessional practices, use of inter-rater agreement activities, calculation of measures of student learning, and internal district requirements and deadlines.

At a regular board of education meeting on June 27, 2020, the Board of Education adopted and approved the continuance of use for this system.

Annual Assurance is required by July 1st of each school year.
