From the principal's office
I have spent 33 years in public education as a teacher, coach, and administrator, and almost 20 of those years I have spent as a building principal. I feel very fortunate to have spent my career in a job that I truly enjoy. I believe it is our responsibility to help students become successful citizens and lifelong learners.
I believe in creating students who are well-rounded; students who are not only successful in academic programs, whether it is college prep or vocational education programs, but are also participating in arts programs and/or athletic programs. I feel very fortunate to be the principal of Estes Park High School. We have great kids, an outstanding staff and a community that cares. All of these are ingredients to have a successful school for our students.
