Salary Schedules and Placement
The Estes Park School District R-3 determines salary placement based on education and years of experience. All pertinent experience must be listed on the employment application in order to be counted. For education credit, official transcripts must be submitted for evaluation.
In accordance with the Agreement between the Estes Park School District Board of Education and the Estes Park School District R-3 (MOU), the current year Teacher Salary Schedule is posted below for reference. Currently employed teachers and licensed employees shall receive an experience step increment effective with each contract year according to the Memorandum of Understanding.
Classified staff are placed on the salary schedule based on the market price and salary range for the particular position applied for. Previous years of experience in a similar position and education are considered when formulating salary.
