Welcome to our district! To get started, you will need to fill out our registration forms. Click HERE for access.
Read the next section to learn about the information you will need in order to fill out the forms. When you are finished, you will see details about other information that you will need to complete your registration, including: Birth certificate (for identification purposes) or other acceptable documentation (adoption certificate, hospital certificate, baptismal certificate or passport); current immunization record; current report card if available (to help with scheduling, especially high school students); and if applicable, current IEP, 504, Gifted-Talented identification letter, custody documentation.
