Special Education Advisory Council Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is a group of Parents, Community Members, School Board Members, Teachers, and Administrators that meet monthly during the school year to advise the Director of Special Education on matters such as budget, staffing, curriculum, and meeting State and Federal requirements for Special Education.
